THE FINE PRINT, CARVED SMALL: A fan-made meme page with live data. Not financial advice, not an offer, not a solicitation, and not affiliated with or endorsed by VIDA Global Inc., Payward/Kraken, Backed Finance/xStocks, Trammell Venture Partners, or the efficient-market hypothesis. Built by community members who hold $CTO and did not create the token. “Takeover” here is the memecoin community’s sense of the word — a community rallying around a ticker — and not an acquisition of, tender offer for, control of, or any other corporate action involving VIDA Global Inc., which is not possible for outside holders in any case: its founders hold roughly 85.6% of the voting power. Nobody is paid to run this page, and it carries no referral or affiliate links. $CTO is a memecoin; memecoins routinely go to zero. Holding $CTO conveys no ownership of, or claim on, any VIDA Global share, any VIDAx stock token, or anything counted on this page — the tokens in the liquidity pool belong to the pool, and its composition changes with every trade. Liquidity can be added or withdrawn by anyone at any time. The share counter above is self-reported by the people running this page: it is not audited, not escrowed, not held for anyone’s benefit, and not a promise to buy, hold, or distribute anything. VIDAx is a tokenised representation of VIDA Global stock on the xStocks/Payward infrastructure; per its issuer it gives economic exposure to an underlying share, and nothing here should be read as a claim that it conveys shareholder rights, voting, or legal or beneficial title to a share. Buying VIDAx sends no capital to VIDA Global, and a market cap observed on-chain is not the market cap of VIDA Global Inc. Stock tokens are not registered under U.S. securities laws and are not available to U.S. persons; availability varies by jurisdiction. Company figures come from VIDA Global’s Q2 2026 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2026, and a share count of 14,582,932 Class A and Class B shares as of August 14, 2026; they go stale the moment anything happens, and portals quoting a smaller market cap are counting the Class A float alone. VIDA Global reported that its internal control over financial reporting was not effective as of Q2 2026; its founders hold roughly 85.6% of the voting power through ten-vote Class B shares; and 893,393 warrants struck at $0.003 vest if the company reaches a $100M market cap, which means a rising share price triggers dilution rather than avoiding it. Short interest was approximately 15,952 shares, about 0.11% of shares outstanding, at the August 14, 2026 settlement: there is no squeeze here, this page does not claim one, and a liquidity pool of this size cannot move a NYSE American listing. All on-chain numbers come from public APIs and may be delayed, wrong, or missing entirely. Nothing here is an instruction to buy, sell, or trade anything. The bar does not know what it is filling toward. The bar fills anyway. DYOR.
